New terror of Turkish military regime
Turkish army is on another mission of slaughter in Kurdistan. After the changes in the military top, turkish regime adopted a new strategy of fighting against kurdish people and its movement. Economic crisis and imperialist war against people of the world allowed all regimes of the Imperialist Internationalle to wage wars of limited character in order to solve their internal issues without condemnation of the worldwide community.
"Chemical" Nejet Ozel is the new commander of the turkish army, who "earned" his nickname after just a couple of days of military operations, which fits the nature of this filthy war just right. It's obvious that the main goal of turkish army is not only retaliation and attempt of destrucion of PKK as the representative political and military force of Kurdish people, but also to control the mass uprising of the kurdish people who demand their rights of self-determination and national rights. In the same time, it is the beginning of the new sense of turkish militarization, which serves not only surpression of national movements, but also regional imperialst interests of the turkish regime – which are directly connected to the interests of western imperialists in the region(situation in Syria, reletionship between western imperialism and Iran etc...)
The new stragegy of the turkish army consists of use of chemical weapons and attacking the villages, which forces the peasants into leaving their homes and cuts the link between people and kurdish military movement. Military actions in Southern Kurdistan are performed with backing of US army, helped by the puppet regime in Iraq and with collaboration of Iranian army. The numbers of dead civillians and kudish fighters are growing every day.
But, this war only strenghtens the Kurdish people, and words of solidarity come from all over Turkey, Europe and other parts of the world. The youth of Southern Kudistan is forming live shields in order to stop the attacks of the Turkish army, and plans for the marches up the mountains where the battles are fought are in preparation. Although Turkish police and army are trying to prevent the rise of peace movements in Kurdistan, "Mothers for Peace" will join the youth and form live shields all over borders with Iraq. Political importance of having peace movements in this moment is crucial, since Turkish regime can use the situation and commit even greater actrocities against Kurdish people.

PR ABOUT KOSOVO
From the time of its foundation, PR supported struggle of Albanian people in Kosovo for self-determination.
After the NATO intervention, there was a break of great-serbian nationalism and both Serbia and Kosovo were placed under domination of Western forces.
Political elites of both Belgrade and Prishtina still use the "Kosovo issue" as part of their own internal political propaganda. Belgrade regime uses its refusal to acknowledge the existance of independent Kosovo to channel the mass dissatisfaction in different direction, balancing between nationalism and pleasing of Western imperialists. Ultimate goal of Belgrade system in Kosovo negotiations is not regaining it back, because they know it's impossible, but strenghtening their own position in the region. Keeping the Kosovo issue at status quo and prolonging of the inevitable decision to start bilateral relationship with state of Kosovo is, in their opinion, a card that can be proven useful for them in the long run.
Albanian elites know that establishing bilateral relationship with Belgrade is a long process, but also find status quo useful for their current position, because it is harder for the masses to channel their rage against imperialism as long there is a threat from Belgrade, no matter how minor the chances of escalating are. But a difficult ecomomic situation in Kosovo, backed by mass unemployment is forcing Kosovo political elites to strenghten their influence throughout whole state of Kosovo, for which they don't find support with their imperialist bosses, because by strenghtening their posistion, status of American protectorate weakens.
Puppet regimes of both Belgrade and Prishitina know that neither side has the military power of making radical moves in this situation, especially without support of their imperialist mentors. Escalating the conflict is not in Western interest either, because the conflict could raise some important issues in the Balkans, and may cause them to lose their stronghold in this region.
Serbian and Albanian masses, crippled by their own economic problems, are not ready for new conflicts and are ready for cooperation. But, because of weakness of the revolutionary subject in both countries, we cannot use the dissatisfaction of the masses. Nationalistic and neoliberal concience are currently a lot stronger that proletarian. Every awakening of the working class is immediately destroyed by the ruling class, corrupted unions and their media. But, crisis of capitalism cause raise of both fascism and antifascism and a possibility of imperialism's use of fascism is a concern over the future of the possible conflicts between Serbia and Kosovo.
PR thinks that brotherhood between Serbian and Albanian people cannot be established within the current system, but only after the defeat of imperialism in this region. PR is for peace between two countries, and condemns both Sebian nationalistic hordes in Kosovo and Albanian nationalists, who think their full self-determination can only be established by ethnic clean Albanian Kosovo.
World War II heroes, a Serb Boro Vukmirović and Albanian Ramiz Sadiku were killed by Italian fascists in Kosovo. When the fascists wanted to shoot them separately, they demanded being shot together. They were shot hugged with their arms around each other.
PR supports right of Kosovo people to determine for themselves what they want, if it's living as a indepentend country or union with Albania. But, we support full equality withing every nation living in Kosovo. That equality cannon be established in current situation, with Belgrade regime interfering in imperialist-run Kosovo. That can only be established by radical shift of attitude of both Kosovo and Serbia.
Quote "All Albanians in one country" is fascist and backwards for Albanian masses, in the same ammount as "All Serbs in one county" is for Serbian people.
For unity and brotherhood of Serbian and Albanian people!
For union of Balkan countries!

STATEMENT
Party of Labour has carried out an action called "Miner". The action was performed in front of the miners' rebbelion monument in Tuzla, placing a large banner with message "MINERS KNOW - ONLY BY REVOLUTION!"
This action had a symbolic character, reminding on the miners' rebbelion in Husino in 1920 when the miners showed armed resistance to the state violence during the miners' general strike in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Although the strike occured because of the goverment's breach of contract on wages, it was named subversion. 7000 miners took part in it. The strike comitee fell back to Husino and other villages near Tuzla before the army and gendarmerie attack. The rebbelion was crushed in blood, where seven miners were killed and dozens wounded. Miners' rebbelion in Husino always remained an example of class struggle against injustice and oppression, and those who dared to follow the paths of Husino's miners were the ones who already once gave the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina hope for freedom and a better life.
This action of the PR had objective to show the similarity between the social status of today's miners and other disenfranchised people of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the miners of Husino in the beginning of the 20th century. Contempt to the suffering of the impoverished masses exhibited by the ruling elites in BiH, caring only for themselves, is the best guarantee that the fight the miners of Husino started will go on constantly in the former and new forms, until it overthrows the order which is contrary to everything that is human.
Not only that PR does not accept the legitimacy of regime of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but its purpose is constant fight against it. Rebellion of the masses throughout the world, with its unprecedented class hatred related to the corrupt and dictatorial regimes, is the direction to go and fight against the current nationalist and predatory elites in both Sarajevo and Banja Luka. This also applies to other puppet regimes throughout the former Yugoslavia which keep the masses in submission under the dictatorship of domestic and international capital.
PR will continue its actions to strengthen the awareness of the need for greater resistance of workers, unemployed and youth against the existing capitalist system and fighting the class war.
PR invites disenfranchised, open minded and militant activists of all nations of Bosnia and Herzegovina to support it in its work.

THE NEED FOR NEW ORGANISATION FORMS

During last ten years, in Former Yugoslavian region, development of left-wing ideas and revolutionary organizations was slowed down, because of war and rising of nationalism. This situation is fully exploited by regime, which, because of the lack of stronger revolutionary resistance, and by using demagogical and organizations that produce class war, only brings more confusion among lower class masses. On the other hand, higher dissatisfaction within masses, and their more and more often self-organizing, is pushing left-oriented groups toward more radical forms of fights, and shapes organizations into a form that suits masses demands.

The organization from Croatia called Crvena Akcija (Red Action) announced that it has transferred to illegal form of operations: Illegal operation of an organization refers to that kind of operation which disclaims legal structures of the system, and which protects it’s activists from repressive state mechanisms. History, and other countries examples show us clearly that every regime exerts repression when it feels endangered enough by “against-system” movements. We want to build this against-system movement. This means that things cannot be changed by changing the single politics, but by changing the system in whole. Nondemocratic parliamentarism, in which “electors” cannot influence daily decisions made by “their” representatives, is not only nondemocratic, but also deliberately created to suit capitalistic interests. The fight is against dictatorship of capital and against nondemocratic system, and fight against system is – illegal. We only act in accordance with facts.

In year 2007 Partija Rada made a decision about beginning of transferring to illegal forms of action: “Basic reason of transferring party to illegal forms of action lies in conditions in which party acts and preset of program goals, which cannot be accomplished outside illegal grounds. Basic goal for a party, on her journey to revolutionary changed civil society, is to stay out of reach as much as possible to her class enemy. Staying on contemporary level of legality, and in the same time striving to higher level of party development, is by itself contradictory. This is a political question, since the party that implies destruction of the capitalist system, and doesn’t want to transfer to illegal form of work, is fully contaminated with highest level of lowest opportunism. Yet, transferring to illegal form of action must enable PR to develop other specific structures of organizations that will adjust to moves and needs of masses. Inside masses there are thousands new forms that develop or vanish in short periods of time. PR must be ready to adjust to these structures, and participate in their actions. PR must be erged with masses :»must move amongst the people as a fish swims in the sea (Mao) ».” july 2010.

The Left and the false Left

Confusion in the definition of the Left in Yugoslavia culminated in the nineties of last century due to the disintegration of Alliance of Communists of Yugoslavia as a highly revisionist and nationalist party. Common opinion in Serbia, in that time, was that the Milosevic's SPS and JUL (which was only a surrogate of SPS), which were the formal successors of Alliance of Communists, were leftist parties. However, practice has shown that they were, actually, nationalists and chauvinists, and JUL has turned out to be just an interest group that wanted only to loot. There are still parties in Serbia today that promote the interests of Russian imperialists, from position of National Socialism, using the leftist form and leftist phrases.

After the demolition of the Milosevic regime, and the penetration and domination of the neoliberal ideology of the West, many antifa-anarcho-communo-antiauthorative groups emerged in Serbia recently, which seek to represent the interests of wide social layers. This phenomenon would have been desirable (better to have them than the nationalists and fascists), but behind the activities of these groups lies suspicious ideological position that indirectly aligns them as associates of neoliberal regime. The regime, at the same time, tries to reduce the growing resistance of the masses and increase in workers' strikes in the country with a “carrot and stick” system: with a strong demagogic propaganda and by forming “workers’ parties”, by bribing the leaders of trade unions, proclaiming various “social packages”, and also with permanent strengthening of repression and with introduction of additional prohibitions and efficient suppression of each organized class resistance. General and common place of ideological position that is trying to be imposed to new revolutionary aspirations is an attempt to negate the class approach to understanding of the very reality, which leads to fragmentation and minimization of the goals of struggle against the capitalist order. Because of this, these conceptions are starting to find a specific support in the system itself. Although the history of class struggle already gave its judgment of all the reformed branches in the labor movement, as they all ended as a "dogs on the chain of imperialism", and they all objectively strengthened the capitalist order, it is necessary to once again reinforce the fight against the existing conceptual confusion for a clear distinction – terminological, conceptual, functional. Re-affirmation of the scientific definition of fascism and the definition of modern fascism is the initial step in the separation of the Left and the false Left. Therefore, all of the present antifascists in Serbia, in addition to the struggle against nationalism, chauvinism and clerofascism, must lead a determined struggle with advancing reformist and opportunist conceptions, which are all serious obstacles to the development of revolutionary thought that is only at its beginning.

"Who does not want to fight capitalism should not speak about fascism" - a slogan that revolutionary Left emphasized three years ago in conflict with the advancing forms of fascism. It is a slogan that reveals the true essence of the state of the so-called Left and revolutionary Left must carry this slogan high. This, though for now, timidly, announced a breakthrough in Serbia. A breakthrough of determination of the masses throughout the world who understand that capitalism cannot be reformed. Their struggle clearly says that the capitalism is historically outdated system and it must be demolished.

Today's Serbia is under the complete control of the imperialist and domestic robbers and every silence about that fact and not attacking the basis of the capitalist system is a capitulation to the class opponent. Who does not act is on the other side of the barricades - on the position of global imperialist dictatorship and modern fascists, with those who have deserved many times to be brought before the just court of the rebellious nations of the world.

Party of Labour (Partija rada) arose at the beginning of the war and the disintegration of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The Party was founded on March 28th 1992 in Belgrade, by a group of radical leftists gathered around Vladimir Dapcevic, the revolutionary who continued his work after many years in prison.
Party of Labour considers itself, according to the ideas that it supports, to be the successor to the Communist Party of Yugoslavia, which led the struggle against fascism and carried out the socialist revolution in Yugoslavia. At the same time, Party of Labour strives through its actions, and based on historical conditions, to find the answers to questions of the contemporary world.
The conditions for the work of Party of Labour was very difficult because of the general propaganda about the fall of Communism, because of the compromise of communist ideas in Tito’s Yugoslavia, and because of full discrimination and savagery of nationalism and fascism in the Republics of former Yugoslavia.
Making an analysis of its development, Party of Labour estimates that its influence on the masses and political events is still insufficient. But, on the basis that we have established, it has created the possibility for the development of a strong Party, which would fight for the interests of the exploited and oppressed and which would, together with other revolutionary forces in the Balkans, make its contribution to the resistance against the global system of Imperialism.
FOR THE BALKANS WITHOUT NATO OCCUPIERS!
FREEDOM FOR THE BALKAN PEOPLES!
Today,
it is becoming more and more necessary the closer cooperation andsolidarity
among all of the left, communist forces of the Balkan countries.
For over a decade now, Balkans consists of a field of intense inter-imperialist
antagonisms that, by using local chauvinisms and submissive governments, have
transformed the area again into a powder-magazine and a war field. War, half a
century after the end of the 2nd World War, is today a constant threat. Troops
of imperialist forces, under various labels (UN, NATO , USA , etc.), check at
Balkan countries, while many Balkan countries have joined or are about to join
NATO and Western-European Union. Almost as a whole these countries helped USA
and G. Britain during the unjust war in Iraq . Military bases of the USA , NATO
and of the other imperialists that are used for the control of the Balkans and
for the raids in third countries have been scattered throughout almost all of
the countries.
In front of the escalation of the USA aggression against the peoples of the
world, and the application of the dogma "whoever is not with us is against us",
we must unite our forces against the preemptive and continuous war, develop the
anti-war movement, and express our solidarity with all the struggling peoples,
and especially the peoples of Iraq and Palestine.
All, without discrimination, of the Balkans countries' economies undergo the
neoliberal policies that are imposed by the international economic
organizations, integrations and powers (IMF, EU , USA , etc.) resulting to a
dramatic worsening of the living conditions for the peoples. Multinational
capital and the imperialist forces dominate today like never before in the
Balkans, enforcing the further dependence and the robbing of the economies of
Balkan countries.
Governments and the ruling classes of the Balkans, none excluded, serve the
imperialist planning of the one or the other power; they are the same ones who
sow the poison of chauvinism and racism, faithfully implement the policies for
the abjection of the working masses that are dictated by international centers,
get richer by the blowing up of economies and overexploitation.
On this ground, during all of the previous years, there have been developed
various kinds of chauvinisms that confront Balkan peoples and nations with each
other and poison the relations between them, serving only the imperialist policy
of "divide and rule" and undermining peace, fraternization and solidarity among
the Balkan peoples, things that are today more necessary than ever.
No Balkan country inside the war coalitions of NATO and the Western-European
Union . All of the foreign military bases, out! No participation of the Balkan
countries in the imperialist wars!
Down with the neoliberal policies of misery that IMF, USA and EU impose!
No to chauvinism - No to national oppression!
Peace and anti-imperialist solidarity among the peoples and the progressive
forces of the Balkans and of the whole world!
The only perspective for the peoples: a world without exploitation and war, a
world liberated from capitalism and imperialism - such a world is possible and
necessary!
